After a good swim yesterday afternoon I retired to D&D and met up with Ken, Glen, Lee and Mark. Fish and chips for food, Guinness for drink. Then went to the animators show case. Paul's was the only artists I knew who's work was included. Lot of shlock, some OK stuff too. Didn't recognize anyone so left and stopped by Bake House and talked with George and then Rose Marie.

I can't believe I ended up last night watching this film.

So long party for Nina tonight then may get to Bolm Studios to see stuff that Noheganer Alison has there.

Watched Disco Pigs last night but because of the Irish brogue, and aging hearing, I missed most of the dialog. It could have used subtitles. Still a good film from what I could gather.

I rented four movies from Vulcan from the recommended shelf. Yesterday was two for tuesday. Coming up for the next evenings:

We shall see.

50% chance of rain later this afternoon so will miss a swimming day. Instead I'm going to go to a neighborhood theatre and view A Scanner Darkly. I rarely view films on the wide screen but I have been looking forward to it for a long time. Later this week there is an animators show case I plan on attending since I know many of the ones that worked on the film here in Austin
